General Manager Joe Biondi
Joe Biondi
General Manager
Joe Biondi was captivated by music at a very young age. When he was around eight or nine years old he saw his uncle rocking out on a drum kit and was instantly mesmerized by the form of his playing style. From that moment, music became his life. In high school, Joe joined the concert band, the percussion ensemble and the marching band which made him proficient at sight reading music and rhythms as well as working efficiently in a group. Joe then began to write and perform his own songs. Throughout his young adulthood, he would play in many bands, one of which toured the country. Joe was first introduced to School of Rock at just 17 years old. Joe started working for the team by handing out promotional flyers in a park. Eventually, he worked his way up to becoming an instructor at Red Bank and Matawan, running their very first School of Rock summer camps. During this time, Joe found a new passion for teaching music. Joe then graduated from Montclair State University where he studied Sociology and Music. Throughout college he started working at School of Rock Chatham as their receptionist and learned the behind the scenes of the day to day operations. Joe was then hired at School of Rock Montclair as a drum instructor/Rock 101 director and worked there for two years and gained more experience as an instructor. In 2012, Joe's family opened up their own School of Rock in East Brunswick where he would eventually become the Music Director and now holds the position of the school's General Manager. School of Rock has been a major part of Joe’s professional life. He is very proud of his School of Rock story; from handing out flyers to becoming General Manager. It is extremely important for Joe to share his love and knowledge of music to the next generation of musicians while continuing to be inspired every day by all of the school’s students.

Noah Gambino
Bass Guitar Teacher, Guitar Teacher, Drum Teacher
Noah is a self-taught musician of 10+ years and a humble convert to the School of Rock Method™. Beginning in a family of musicians and creatives, Noah was raised by his Hispanic, hippie mother and punk rock drummer dad, instilling a wide appreciation for all forms of art. Noah’s first tastes of rock were the psychedelic pulsing of Jimi Hendrix while in utero. From then he maintained a passion for music, finding the trumpet playing in the school band. Simple orchestra tunes didn’t satiate his thirst, however; Noah longed to play the music that inspired him.

In the midst of the "there’s an app for that" revolution, Noah began learning open chords utilizing free apps on the iPod market. When his resident church caught wind, they promptly placed the inexperienced young whippersnapper on stage for Sunday worship services. Noah was quickly formed by a journey of trial and error each week, eventually leading band rehearsals and Sunday performances. His life in music continued into college when he studied music technology and live performance at Brookdale Community College. Now, at School of Rock in East Brunswick, NJ, Noah teaches with a passion and understanding for creativity and the process of self-teaching, within the framework of the School of Rock Method™.
